Banned for legal third party programs

So I checked my email and said my account was permanently banned for using "malicious" third party programs that gave me "uneven" advantages over my opponents. The only third party programs I used were AHK(macro key) and over wolf. Over wolf just tells me the opponent's ranks and shows replays, not an advantage. I use the macros just as a joke to automatically say stuff, not on spells. Nothing in riots terms say stuff against using macros to say stuff. I don't understand why this led to a permanent ban, riot won't respond to my player support tickets too.
