Hey i've been permabanned because my account got "hacked"

Hey there league community, I was going to a vacation. I started my vacation at March 13th and came back at march 22th. I logged into my account and I've seen my account PERMBANNED. I was completely shocked. I logged into my email and I've seen words that I would never use. Not after my two 14 days suspension banns. I learned my lesson after those 2 suspensions and was trying to be a nicer player and a more supportive teammate. I think it worked pretty nice to me. I've also seen that there someone wrote in my email to riot and his title was "I know I was wrong and I want a 2nd chance". Now I didn't write that email. I didn't even log into my account like for this past week. I saw that the email was written on the date March 15th, WHEN I WAS ON VACATION. which means someone knew my account's info and email info. I didn't share with anyone my email info and definitely not my LoL account since I know sharing accounts may lead to suspension. So someone somehow knew my info. The day when I came back I immediately contacted riot support. But they didn't even care to reply. Yesterday I asked if they can delete my account because I was so mad at whoever did that and a little bit mad at riot for not answering/helping me out. And then a rioter answered. I told him the entire story and he will contact a support behavior to help me. Do you think I can get my account? I will be very happy to come back to play on the rift with my friends and the great community. If somebody was stuck in my situation and successfully recovered is account please let me know. I want to know if it's possible.
