Chat ban is not a solution for better behavior

A little background : I play league of legends for 7 years and i used to play dota too for 5 years. Was plat 2 ---> now Plat 4 :/ (EUNE)

Now lets get straight to the point! I have been chat banned one time 4 years ago for 14 days and one chat ban TODAY for 10 games! Lets be honest... I am not gonna say that i didnt deserve that chat ban, cause i really flamed! but lets see something..

Last week, when the patch changed, i played with lower elo players that intentionally fed, i had 4 afkers in different games in my team ( one said the excuse "my mom will close the internet connection - Sorry and gl" ) and as you can see (or not) from my 12 years experience in these kind of games and generally as a character in my life i can say that i am really objective. So i lost 9 out of 10 games.. 4 of them 4v5 matchup In the next games i recieved a lot of flame from my teammates.. So a tilt came.. Although i dont like to use that word or say that i am tilted.. it happened! What about playing a champion for the frist time in ranked game? A fizz that cant hit ulti and E.. In plat elo.. Hmmm Also happened in these 10 games

And of course the time that i flammed came.. I can also generally see players that play for fun/semitrolls and not for win.(like afking in a lane farming and dont care about the game's process.. i mean fun is good). These players should NOT play ranked games in my opinion.. Normal Draft is the same thing and they should try it instead! Tryharding and seeing someone from your team playing like he doesnt want to win it's also tilting.

Meanwhile i have made about 15 reports for afkers and intentionally feeders in these games and i took 0 feedback that they got banned...

So, my objervation is that u have to find a better panishment system so you can improve players behavior for real! Cutting the branch and not the root is a huge problem and not the solution! I feel like you are a horse with blinkers.. In my opinion, trolls, afkers and people that dont want to win are worse than flamers. Cause in the worst case scenario you can mute a flamer.. but what can you do with afkers,trolls and "losers" ?

Sorry for the big post but i am so dissapointed and frustrated by the way you ban players.. I am sure that there are many players that can feel me! Can i ask the percentage of bans in these categories you make? For example, from my experience i believe its something like this and i dont like it: Chat bans : 95% AFKers : 3% Intentionally feeding : 2%
