I remember them doing this last summer? Or winter. I don't remember, but will it ever come back, this trial? I had this account perma'd and I was able to get it back, and I've been doing fine since, however I have a much older account that also got perma'd and I failed to ask for a 2nd chance on that one
Riot stated that the experiment was a failure with most people acting the same as they did once they received their account back. They are not planning on doing another trial of it. Obviously everything is subject to change, but at this point the answer is no.
I would just consider yourself luck you got 1 of your accounts back.
Those experiments most likely aren't going to make a comeback. The first one failed with the overwhelming majority (80%+) of players regressing to their old ways and the second one never had it's results released IIRC.
