I know I've had a problem with toxicity, but I don't believe I needed a perm for this; literally every time I go on twitch there's people saying worse than this on twitch stream in front of thousands of players, and these players get to keep playing, how is this justly that My account is perm'd? The term KYS has literally became a meme and is assosciated with kiss yourself and many other's, I definitely think this was wrong and I'd love to have a second chance. I know I can do better...

Let's see.....you are being generally negative (check), you are badgering/berating your entire team (check), you harass/ask for report on people (check), you use the bad word "kys"(check)

kys can mean kiss yourself, there no denying that....

But please sir, DO NOT insult the intelligence of rito and everyone on this board by telling us we don't know exactly what you meant by "kys"

Telling people to kill themselves. Completely deserved ban. Riot only revokes perma bans if they were mistake. THIS wasnt a mistake.

This is just bullshit: You know it, I know it, Riot knows it. You can try and justify telling random people to commit suicide and try to make light of it all you want but it's irrelevant. People play games for entertainment, enjoyment and relaxation, the last thing I want to see is some random child telling me to kill myself in my leisure activity.

lmao this guy thinks high elo players aren't punished? Let me guess, you saw a Varus on imaqtpie's stream say "kys" and he wasn't banned within 20 seconds and shown for the world to see? Clearly he wasn't punished. Nevermind the fact most people in high elo know each other and don't get hurt by words, it must be that Riot is biased towards you and only you.

Cant tell how often my friends felt bad after making a mistake and then getting consistently flamed.

This is an example not as strong example as others, but it showcases that riot's punishment system is out of whack I definitely don't think this is deserving of a perm, and should be looked at, there's 100's of cases, across reddit youtube and other site's that showcase riot's broken system, and I hope that I can get some help instead of being another helpless victim, I understand I was toxic and am truly sorry, but I still don't think it should've been a perm...

The thing is, you're really only sorry that you've been punished, not that you said those things. You don't care about the other person, because, honestly, why would you? You'll likely never play another game with them (even if you weren't banned). You have no inclination to care, and you're simply appealing to emotion so they'll revoke your ban.

IMO this ban was well-deserved, and given the context, I'm heavily inclined to doubt that "kys" means "kiss yourself".

I'm going to try and avoid repeating anything already said but I do have some questions.

Have you had any previous infractions with the punishment system? Includes: 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction, 14 day ban.
Were there any other logs/games given with this punishment?
