hi all today my acc band because for nothing

i am play in eu west and i tryhard to be gold and i do great now and i carry my team always

bet 3 games i los because some players i dont said ther just sow bad in game bet ther players dont love some one told hem what need to do to be batter like in last game i ask my mid stop focus olaf hes tanky and focus carry and jung ev to go tank to win easy bet she go full ap i was play with vayne and i do will i was carry them after end game i said rep ev for troll and ty for los game and she said report vayne because she flame pls told me if some one Teach you what to do to be good player is that wrong ?? Two weeks ago, was banned my account 14 days because i flame and i Agreed with that because i said fk you pic off shit are smathing like that bet now why my acc band Forever if some kids can report you to get banned and you naver do something wrong it realy realy idiot law from riot game

You've been chat restricted over 20 different times.

9 of which were after the new IFS system.

You had a 14-day ban less than a month ago.

Each time you were given evidence supporting the punishment and told your behavior was not acceptable.

You were given 3 games in supporting this perma-ban in your reform card.

Your post claims you were banned for nothing. You were however banned because your behavior is not acceptable in League of Legends. You were given many chances to change, but did not. For context, the vast majority of players never get ANY punishments. Even a single chat restriction should be enough to tell you something is wrong and needs to change.

Ignorance is never an acceptable excuse. You have a chance to read ALL of the rules after EVERY patch. And it's ALWAYS the most recently updated version. I've had a few bans on my account, mainly leaver bans due to my router deciding to update mid-game (yay... Annie ) or I got a ban for flaming, happened a few times, and now I occasionally mute to keep from tilting (if I don't have any good music on) The only time I got a legit ban, was in PBE, when I legitimate fed the entire game, because some jackass did nothing but flame after I died twice...so I trolled him, and literally no one else really cared, ironically. Did I change? Yes and no (chat, yes, gameplay, no, I just went back to playing like the tryhard I am.) All in all, I almost never read the rules, but I still know what they are, as they usually don't need to be explained, but people like you exist...

All but 9 of the punishments were before the IFS system and the escalation system were in place. It was pretty common then to get chat restriction after chat restriction.

Everyone has the ability to get their account back in good standing and move down the escalation system. That's what happened in this case. Get punished, be good long enough to get in good standing, repeat. It also depends on the severity of the behavior. Certain types and extremes of behavior can escalate more quickly.

the escalation system isnt fun, was last punished in like season 5 for afk in a game, my internet poops itself just recently and still getting 20 queue timers. i contacted rito and they said that it decreases with games played. does it only decrease with normals?

Leaver buster has nothing to do with the escalation system. Leaver buster will only decrease in matched games. So yes, normals work. But you can't leave or afk.

well i only play ranked and iv played over 200 ranked games this season and just recently i left 3 games due to my internet dieing and got a buster, no big deal but its still at 5 games of 20 minute queues and its been like a 7 months since my last leaver buster

Doing dumb shit like banning my ally's pick intent, and also practicing Nunu (which LOOKED like feeding, but I wasn't - hes just a really bad champion and can't kill anything - or at least he was at the time)

Note: "not cooperating with team to provoke reaction" was "splitpushing and not grouping because that's how I win games" - so apparently if my team says "GROUP OR YOU ARE REPORTED" I have to actually respond in chat and say "sorry, I think this is a better strategy to win" and defend myself to not get banned on other accounts in the future. If I just don't say anything and keep playing the game it's toxic, apparently.

That's my reply from Riot Support. There is no reform card. No chat logs. I was manually reviewed by a Riot Support Agent and permabanned for my first offense/punishment/whatever you want to call it, so I didn't get chat logs. Only the automated system provides chat logs.

Well I guess if they provided me with actual evidence in my ticket, and not a "go fuck yourself, you know what you did" reply, then we'd know what I was actually banned for, wouldn't we?

I would like to say no, I did not ruin games for people. But if my team says "GROUP FFS YOU SHIT NUNU" and I decide splitpushing is a better strategy and don't group, then maybe my team thinks I ruined the game? (when in actuality, all of us were just bad at the game, and my teammates wanted someone to blame)

I was quite an asshole in quite a few champ select if I was planning on dodging, but there's no reason to permaban someone for that. You 2-week ban them, tell them "bro we can still see that shit even if the game doesn't start, STOP IT" and then give them a chance to reform. I mean look at the OP of this thread: 20 chances to reform. I got none.

That's like asking for a lower sentence when smuggling drugs, because you didn't realize they would find the hidden compartment in your car. You knew it was wrong, you just thought you could get away with it.

This isn't a "reform"-scenario. If you found a 100% perfect loophole a day after coming off your 2-week ban, you would abuse it, since apparently the only thing that keeps you from misbehaving is when there's the risk of punishment. Giving people another chance to improve their behaviour is one thing, giving people another chance to test the limits of what is detectable and thus punishable is quite another.

Well if you spent 2000 dollars for a gun and used it illegally it would also get taken away.

Just because you spent money doesn't make you immune to punishments.

You recieved 20 chat bans for being toxic to other players and other warnings, yet you didn't stop. Therefore you are banned.

I'm fairly new to the LoL scene, but anyone who isn't sympathetic to this players loss of $2k Euro is beyond me. I understand he has had multiple chances for toxic behavior and I don't condone it. but a permanent loss of his account doesn't seem right. Investing that much to support in a game to have it all thrown out the window seems ludicrous. Is he a pro player? Does he represent Riot in an advertising environment? Highly Doubt it since just a gold player. This day and age of gaming are full of toxic players. Maybe a 2-3 Month Ban, but don't punish somebody that severely to basically delete his account given he has put that money into your game. I for one just put some money into the game to buy a few skins/champs, but this definitely makes me think twice on how much I wanna gamble. I'm not a toxic player, I hardly speak in-game except for certain calls, but there are those few players where you just wanna smash your face on your keyboard and speak your mind. Just seems a little overboard by nullifying his contribution to Riot. Just my 2 Cents. Thanks for reading.

It's not that people don't feel sympathetic for his loss of money, it's that spending money on a game is no excuse for spending your time treating other people poorly in that game. League of Legends is a free to play game, you are not required to spend any money unless you want additional/optional content in the form of cosmetic alterations. We're all here to play a game and have fun, some of us choose to support the game by spending money, others do not. But spending money does not make you a more valuable player to Riot. Riot is here providing us a service, and their job includes ensuring to the best of their ability that the general player base can enjoy this service without feeling threatened or abused. If that means they need to remove access to players causing emotional harm and stress intentionally to other players, than that is what they have to do in order to provide a healthier environment for their game, despite any amount of money they could have gotten from that banned player.

On top of this spending money does not give someone the right to intentionally cause stress or emotionally abuse other people, you are given every opportunity to read the Terms of Service that you "Accept" in order to play this game. Upon clicking that button you have agreed that you have read and fully understand those rules and that you will follow them. Ignorance to these rules is in itself a violation of them since you agreed that you were aware of them.

Ultimately nobody is perfect, people make mistakes and sometimes our emotions get the better of us. Riot understands this and that is why the reform system exists at all. If you receive even a single chat restriction you need to stop and realize that what you are doing is not appropriate and you need to make sure that you are actively trying to be a better person if you want to continue playing the game you enjoy.
