i am play in eu west and i tryhard to be gold and i do great now and i carry my team always

bet 3 games i los because some players i dont said ther just sow bad in game bet ther players dont love some one told hem what need to do to be batter like in last game i ask my mid stop focus olaf hes tanky and focus carry and jung ev to go tank to win easy bet she go full ap i was play with vayne and i do will i was carry them after end game i said rep ev for troll and ty for los game and she said report vayne because she flame pls told me if some one Teach you what to do to be good player is that wrong ?? Two weeks ago, was banned my account 14 days because i flame and i Agreed with that because i said fk you pic off shit are smathing like that bet now why my acc band Forever if some kids can report you to get banned and you naver do something wrong it realy realy idiot law from riot game

You've been chat restricted over 20 different times.

9 of which were after the new IFS system.

You had a 14-day ban less than a month ago.

Each time you were given evidence supporting the punishment and told your behavior was not acceptable.

You were given 3 games in supporting this perma-ban in your reform card.

Your post claims you were banned for nothing. You were however banned because your behavior is not acceptable in League of Legends. You were given many chances to change, but did not. For context, the vast majority of players never get ANY punishments. Even a single chat restriction should be enough to tell you something is wrong and needs to change.

I'm fairly new to the LoL scene, but anyone who isn't sympathetic to this players loss of $2k Euro is beyond me. I understand he has had multiple chances for toxic behavior and I don't condone it. but a permanent loss of his account doesn't seem right. Investing that much to support in a game to have it all thrown out the window seems ludicrous. Is he a pro player? Does he represent Riot in an advertising environment? Highly Doubt it since just a gold player. This day and age of gaming are full of toxic players. Maybe a 2-3 Month Ban, but don't punish somebody that severely to basically delete his account given he has put that money into your game. I for one just put some money into the game to buy a few skins/champs, but this definitely makes me think twice on how much I wanna gamble. I'm not a toxic player, I hardly speak in-game except for certain calls, but there are those few players where you just wanna smash your face on your keyboard and speak your mind. Just seems a little overboard by nullifying his contribution to Riot. Just my 2 Cents. Thanks for reading.
