3 Months Later No Response

After my case with nightblue got handed off to senior management, ive been patiently waiting for a reply explaining the ban and never got one. Its close to 3 months later.

I asked before hand if the strat was okay, a rioter confirmed it was. During the ticket process a rioter confirmed my playstyle was okay. I'm actually doing the same strat for months now after the ban and not getting banned again.

So why was i banned the ONE game i happened to be with nightblue?

LOL.

Riot has confirmed multiple times that your ban was properly placed. You wanting to be allowed to troll without getting banned doesn't mean they're not doing things correctly.

I just wish moderators would get you off the boards already - your threads here are just spam or trolling - just like your videos.

My theory is basically you got set as the precedent. Much like previous troll/not troll cases. Such as: Smite Singed Support (that also abandoned lane and forced a strategy on others), the nunu double jungle support (similar to Singed case I believe), and the Inting Sion Strategy. Meaning they still haven't decided how to handle forcing unusual strats on players.

As for the "I'm still doing this strat", can you prove that people are reporting you? Just because someone asks or say they are gonna report, doesn't mean they remember when the game ends. From what I understand a lot of high elo just tends to move on with the grind.

Now i shall start with the admission that i have a severe bias against you OP, i absolutely disagree with your entire strategy, but i will also give you an as impartial as possible explanation as to why i think you got banned based on what i learned when trying to figure out what that entire deal was about.

The main problem with your strategy as i heard and saw was that it fell into exactly the same track as the old Singed&nunu support cases, severely lacking communication for a strategy that greatly affects how your teammates ought to play.

There is a difference in talking to people and talking with them.....and here is the second problem.

You apparently went through with your strategy even when people didnt want you to, which is seriously not cool at all, you ought to respect people wanting to play normally, heavens know we can use more of those people with all the actual trolls around.

Dissing their opinions entirely for the sake of your own fun is just being an asshole, its not how you are supposed to play in a teamgame.

A short exempt from the summoners code :

Enjoy Yourself, but not at Anyone Else's Expense

You completely ignored the concept of communication, you went through with your strategy even when it adversely affected one if not several of your teammates and ontop it all you dont seem to be realizing this at all?

The fact that you gave many people a really bad experience by playing the way you did? Riot likes when people play to win&have fun, but not so much when it happens by screwing their own teammates over.

Its exactly this kinda stuff that got the singed&nunu banned.

Now back to my own absolutely subjective view, that original video? Its a perfect example of why your strategy was awful.

First up, sivir was left completely helpless, Sona&Taric were pushing down her T2 tower like 8-9 minutes in and they started working on the inhib tower about 11 minutes into the game. Botside jungle was completely lost.

What had you accomplished in the meanwhile?

No towers, Irelia had 1 kill and a 2 deaths while TF had 1 death and 5 assists, enemy top and jungle were snowballing right out.

TF was down on farm? Yeah......Not anywhere near enough to compensate for a snowballing enemy botlane with a serious CS lead on their own.

Now NB3 was being a toxic asshat that went too far with a lot of the stuff he said, but Sivir? As i see it her tilting and just quitting after 11 minutes of trying to 1v2/3 botlane is nothing if not understandable and reasonable.

Seeing Nightblue tilt because he could not gank botlane or midlane while heca snowballed? Also understandable......doesnt excuse him being an ass when it happened but still.

But why did Sivir have to endure that? Why did nightblue go down that road?

Because of you, not so nice sir OP, your strategy is the very clear cause of why things happened as they did there.

I wish you a good day.
