IF i receive a 10 game chat ban, but then get the charges against me dropped, do i still not get to participate in hextech stuff?

Im going to assume so, It doesnt make any sense for you to not be able to receive Hextech if you arent technically on punishment.

FYI: Its not a chat ban, its a chat restriction. If it was a ban you wouldn't be able to chat at all. But since you still can its a restriction.

Anyways I agree with Sarutobi. What they said makes sense.
