PERMAN BAN

So recently I have received a permaban after spamming on the chat some things that are not supposed to be said. The reason for that was the continuous loss of promotion games as of teammates feeding, trolling going AFK and all sort of things without them being noted or anything. The supposed ''justice system'' works on keywords from the chat and I believe no one really checks every report. In 5 years of playing the number of bans being given to other offensive teammates has been close to zero. It is unacceptable for someone who plays all this time and wastes 45 minutes of his life playing a game to be ruined by someone who does not want to play. The matchmaking is horrible. Such an improved game should give more attention to it customers. We created today's League of Legends but in contrary, the lol crew only supports the guys who pay for skins and have an input of 300+ euros in paysafe or other ways. A summoner with thousands of games should not be judged by a few games which were unbearable. I want to upload the videos of my last games to show how troll players get away with bans.
