Perma Banned, Trolls keep on Trolling though?

Honestly, I will never understand why toxic behavior is taken SO serious in this game. You can mute and ignore players. How am i going to win or even try to win when trolls NEVER get banned or even suspended.

Sure im sour about being banned, but at the same time i lost all interest in this game after chat ban after chat ban ( which by the way some was deserving ) but I cut that shit out. But telling people not to do stupid shit or simply trying to get them to stop their behavior is now not allowed? like what is allowed? Good job? oh wait.. that could be passive aggresive. See the slop yet?

it's simple, really, do you insult some pussy and he goes crying to his mommy that someone ON THE INTERNET IN 2016 called him stupid and he stops playing because he doesn't want to get better and he can't endure to be put in front of himself? Riot games lost a customer. Do you lose a game that was important to you for ip/pride/promos/whatever? You will need to play one more additional game to get what you needed because of retards that denied it to you. And so you keep playing, and this way you are useful to other 9 players to keep playing the game with an additional member. Basically riot treats their game as a drug addiction to keep you playing, you don't play anymore for fun but because you need to in order to have fun.

Also seems that in today's society pampered spoiled idiots are the one that actually have money in their pockets, so yeah, money talks and you have no voice, and as you speak you get silenced. ~~and thinking that riot was so upset with champions having a silence in their kit lol~~

by the way it depends much on what you did actually, because statistically speaking yours could have been a sterile toxicity like "omg i'm garbage and my team isn't carrying me everyone is stupid except me", which is bad, but that's what empowers real trolls and allows them to keep going disguising themselves as legit good players that get abused.

What do you consider trolling? Some players will say that picking certain champions is trolling because they have a low win rate or because of their abilities. But hold on, if picking these champions is "trolling" than why do these champions exist in the game? (I'm looking at you Bard TahmKench Kalista ) Saying that a particular behavior is trolling is a slippery slope. The behavior has to be clearly distinguishable from non-trolling behavior in order to be detectable and punishable. For example, a player can easily troll the game using Bard. But how would this be distinguishable from someone legitimately trying to help his own team? Practically speaking it can't be distinguished.

Trolling is subjective, not objective, and this makes trolling indistinguishable from non-trolling from a detection point of view.

Okay so basically your only point is toxic language is the only thing you can ban because it has proof. Right... lol Trolling is trolling, you can defend bad playing all day but people in the game know whats going on. Thats why everyone else mentioned to report after the game or at least acknowledge the bullshit.

Defend the ones causing toxic behavior, ban the one dealing with it. Got it
