Behavioral Restrictions reward duration?

So I recently got penalized for raging a little too hard. And I went through the 10 game chat restriction and it's over now. But I'm still not getting any rewards, how long will this last? I've seen the error of my ways (no, really. I have) and would like a confirmed answer on how long this will last. Because I'm also sure that I've not been given an S ranking because of this behavioral restriction penalization ordeal. I welcome for my chat logs to be public if used by Riot members, if needed. Thanks.
