So, recently i've been wondering if you can get banned for telling somebody that you would LIKE to kill them in real life. I didn't point the word "like" for no reason, this means that i am not wishing somebody something bad to happen, i'm also not encouraging them to suicide or being disrespectful. It's just a the same as telling your crush or agirl you like that you would LIKE to have sex with her, which doesnt mean that you wish her to get raped or that you're calling her a filthy slut :).

There is a difference between.

"I would like to have sex with you."

And

"I would like to rape you."

Both can be considered sexual harassment and one if more threatening.

Uhhh no. Have you had a job yet? Just wondering, I have no idea how old you are, but I could very easily get fired for sexual harassment if I told the females I worked with that I would like to have sex with them. You may be surprised to learn that real life is much different from internet culture where you get to decide what is what. When you get a job, everyone else decides for you what is considered sexual harassment. So i wouldnt be so loose with what you think "cant" be considered sexual harassment. Youll see.

It is not a sexual harassment in any case regardless of what are the consequences of saying it to somebody, it is simply considered as something very abstract and weird, and can get you fired from the job, simply because people are fucking dumb.

Probably against the rules, but idk if it would be treated as a ZT phrase or not. Probably. Phrasing it as something you would LIKE, probably doesnt matter. If I just always insulted people by saying "I would like to call you garbage" or "i would like you to know youre r%%%%%ed" i would probably still get punished I imagine.

Not only could that get you banned, that could also get you into serious trouble. No offense, but my freedom isn't worth threatening to murder some random stranger on the internet regardless of a joke or not.

You'd definitely get punished for it. That's the simple answer to your question. Its like some guy earlier in the threads last week was talking about how telling someone that they are going to die just because we all will eventually die of 'old age' should be considered okay.
