I need some help here

Dear riot and everyone who reads this, i play league of legends on a daily basis, about 3/4 games. i've spent over 300$ on this game because it's the game i play the most.

Now that i woke up this morning, i recieved an e-mail about that my account has been permanently banned:

We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship. You should be aware that modifying your League of Legends client is against the Terms of Use: http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/legal/termsofuse. We hope you can see that it is unsatisfying to play against other players who are using a tool to gain an advantage over others.

But the only 3rd party program i've used is elophant client to messure how much skins i owned, and i don't think thats a client that can help me win more games..

I hope that someone from riot will take the time to read this, i've made a support case but that takes 3 days and i will get an automatic response, so please someone help me cause i'd like to keep playing on my normal account and not have to start all over again..
