Permanent ban
Hei, ago 1-2 hours i got perma ban , after 4500+ matches, many skins , many champion , who know? i can recover my account?

No, it is gone permanently.
What exactly were you ban for? Were you ban in the past? Usually with permabans (like beint toxic) they usually give you 3 chances with 2 chat restriction, and a 14 day ban. That should be more than enough time for you to understand your behavior isnt up to par with Riot's Standard. If you had no other ban prior to this then it was either from being excessively toxic (usually things like Death Threats, Racial Slurs in your chat) or you were using a 3rd Party Program and the system has finally caught you in the act. This could be anywhere from using programs to help you in a game like Scripting or Botting, or someone having access to your account!
You don't deserve to have those champions, and skins back because of your actions. How does that make you feel? You must be mad on the inside, let me know.

Please post your reform card. If it has chat logs, we (the community) can tell you whether the ban was worthy.
If you feel it was unjust, you are welcome to send a support ticket to Riot and appeal for it.
Probably not, Riot's stood by their report system for quite a while now and it's shown accurate results. So it's probably time to start thinking about how you talk to other people in games.
