Hacked and now permanent banned.

i was studying for exams for more than 3 months. i haven't played since 01/01/2016. When i checked my bank balance, i noticed RP was purchased without my authorization nor knowledge, i tried to enter my account and i couldn't. it seemed my password has been changed for both league account and hotmail. i changed my password again and when i was able to open my account, they said it has been permanently banned for toxic behavior.. i didn't even receive an email explaining why, and if i did then the hacker must have deleted it so that i don't notice it. i checked my match history and it was shown that my account was being played since the day i left off. i have never entered a spam email for RP and stuff.. when i was playing with my account. i haven't played any recent games and i checked the match history, it seems there was more than 1 person playing because some matches the (D is for ignite, F is for flash ) and others ( F ignite, D flash ). I have a lot of rare, legendary, 2 ultimate and normal skins. i have mostly all champions since my account is since season 2. I think people tried entering my account to play with it, trying my skins and champions ect.. or ban it because of rage maybe. And now i am permanent banned + money hacked for something i have no control off.... Please do something about it !! league of legends is the only game I invest money on and enjoyed for 5 years now and i can't believe this happened.
