DC'd players

so i keep coming accross my rank matches where someone dc's and keep reconnecting and then dc'ing and you can get a remake vote for this. its the most frustrating thing to encounter and it punishishs the team which is so not ok it makes others waste there time and causes your team to lose ranking. riot why have you not implemented something to correct this i mean. years ago when dota 2 was new if i remeber correctly they had a system where if a player dc's for a certain amount of time everyone has the option to just leave the game with no harm no foul no. why has riot not fix this issue its ridiculous. at least make it so your the ones who stayed in the game not lose LP at least ? i mean we are already investing our time
