Inapropriate language pre- game screen
How do I report someone if they are saying things in pre-game screen? Also no mute button in pre-game screen that I am aware of.

You would report it in the post-match screen just like all reports currently. Make a note in the notes section that it occurred in the pre-match lobby so it's flagged for review. You would do the same thing if it happened in the post-match lobby.
