My Thoughts on toxicity and how to resolve.

i decided to make this post after playing League for quite some time and after getting frustrated like everybody else by flamers, trolls, afk, dc, intentional feeder and so on, so i would like to share with the community (hopefully some from Riot staff would read this too) some of my thoughts about how this situation could be improved.
lets analyze somethings, be aware that i'm talking mostly about ranking.
Ranking is a mode where people by default mindset go there to win, its a rank system, of course your main goal is winning, but many times you find trolls, afk, dc, flamers etc. So how can you prevent this?
My idea is to implement a votekick system plus a queue system. Before i explain this further, another thing that would been nice which i never understood why Riot didnt push it further, was the Team Builder. Team builder should be implemented in ranked, it will avoid fight for roles, which is one of the first causes of flaming, it will also avoid trolls who pick non good champs in lanes ( i saw people getting Sona to jungle.. i mean).
Back to votekick | queue system:
When you queue for a rank match you will be prompted with the ability to choose a "game in progress" meaning that you will have the chance to replace somebody in a game that is in progress (means also if they are already at team champ selection screen).
That somebody you are replacing is obviously somebody that got kicked, the prompt will tell you which lane you are replacing. This of course would work better in a "Team builder "environment.
Another thing that leads to people be so salty flamers and what not, is the fact that the League ranking system is totally unfair. Its made to push you back instead of being just fair based on your skills. Why you say? i'll tell you right away.
The LP gain/lose system is simply not working, and it works only towards punishing players (which is quite frankly stupid, because a game should reward people for effort, not bashing them down, this is one of the main reason why people are so mad during ranking, or promos, because you actually waste a huge amount of time and LP if you lose).
back to explaining. The LP gain and loss, for example, you get to 98LP, the LP you need to gain your promo are 2. Now you win the next game and for example hipothetycally you would gain 25 LP from that game, you would be 98+25 = 123 LP, but no, you gain your promo cause LP caps at 100. so where are those other 23 LP gone? They are LOST and wasted. This is extremely wrong design and should be changed.
Note that also if you lose your first promo and for example you lose 25 LP on that game, you'd notice that your promo still goes on, because its best of 2/3 or 3/5 for divisions, but your LP are already actually lower than 100. The system already subtracted the LP loss from your first lost promo game from 100, so now you are in your second promo game but you have 100-25 Lp= 75. Now put for example you lose the second game promo, and lose another lets say... 20? to be generous, you'd get pushed back to what.. 55 LP? This is the big huge disaster that leads people to be mad and upset. This is simply bad. Why is it that you lose points exceeding 100, and you dont have a "safe zone" after you hit 100? see how the game is designed totally to punish players? This should be changed and is the most disappointing thing this game has, which i believe is the cause of why people are so salty in ranked.
Ranked is very bad designed in terms of points and players skill reward.
Also there is another thing, you might say "improve" "keep good spirit" "help other team mates", yes all good things, all cool things and all right things but in an environment that totally punish you, in a game that puts you in a very bad mindset because of how punishing it is, its very easy to slip into the bad categories.
Yes report system, yes keep up the good spirit, but nobody will get back the frustration, time spent on a game (usually more than 40 mins each), LP, Promos and all those things you lose because of trolls/feeders/afk/flamers.
This is the real problem. I dont care if the player in question gets his ban, because i dont get back my time, my LP, my mood. I just get back a little popup from riot saying "thanks for improving league of legends community". Its not enough.
See all those factors make people getting frustrated, the whole system leads you to frustration, Without counting that would be so easy to implement a loss prevented when someone DC from your game, cause 4vs5 isnt fair. End the game, kick everybody out of the arena, loss prevented, if a player is dc for more than 10 mins. or whatever. Nobody would get mad, nobody would lose LP, nobody would lose promo.
I honestly am stunned at how easy most of those things can be fixed, and how Riot didnt come up with a valid system to avoid the spreading of toxicity in this game.
those are my thoughts anyway, the more you play the less you feel like you wanna play, a game should be FUN, the backbone of this game seems like is designed to frustrate players, not to have fun, which is what bothers me the most.
