Instantly banned?

I was instantly banned, for retaliating to two people's toxic behavior. I admit, i was toxic after they were toxic to me, but shouldnt they receive a ban, too? At the very least. The toxic players are the only two that reported me, and the rest of my team honored me. I was banned without the chat logs even being reviewed. The ban was instant, right after they said they were reporting me. I don't feel this is right. I feel like my ban should be lifted, or at the very least, reduced. And as i said, the other players should also receive a ban. I've never been banned before, and I instantly received a 14 day ban, isnt your first offense supposed to be 1 day or 7 days? I dont understand whats going on, and like I said, it seems very unfair.

Edit:I forgot to mention that those toxic players also asked every other player in the game to report me, several times, which i read is bannable in it's self. So there's that, too. I'm extremely confused on why i was instantly banned with no warning/chat ban.
