I just sent this ticket to riot.You guys think I have a shot?

So long story short 6 months ago I got banned for third party software ( which to this day I swear i did NOT do).I tried to get unbanned numerous times and it has never worked.So desperation hit and I spent the last 30 minutes doing this:
