I need help in communicating with my team.

I have a hard time communicating with my team in regards to a mistake which I made or that we made as a whole. I am unranked as I have not played league in quite some time and say for example we need vision on the map and I say something along the lines of "Guys, we should play safe and not be too risky in our positioning." I always get told by my team that I am annoying and to stfu. Then at the end of the game they tell me that I was flaming because I say that maybe we should try a different tactic in teamfighting or split pushing. Any assistance or thoughts would be gladly appreciated.

Play with friends on skype. Normal players are assholes and will take even good advice and be an asshole about it, TBH. Better yet, ward yourself and carry. [slayer-jinx-wink]

I have the same issue usually. It's just part of the community in some games. Ranked is full of people with their pride on the line. I say just ping a ton, signal careful if they need, but even that pisses people off...

Best just to mute. And then ping. A lot.

Okay first of all saying stuff like, "Guys, we should play safe and not be too risky in our positioning." is a GREAT idea keep doing it. If ANYONE acts toxic mute and ignore them. You should not stop being positive because the team tells you too.

I have yet to see a report for CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM be punished. That said however make sure you do not take the liberty to be an a** about everything and anything as MANY people fall into this, I am looking at you Toxic V mains.

Other than that you seem to be doing good, just remember that if people do not want to take advice that can better themselves than that is their free will empowered choice, and nothing you do can change that.
