Account got hacked by a friend in discord and Riot does not care.

So basically I played one last game of league with my friend. the next day I get on and I'm banned. So I check op.gg and the last game I played said I played Ahri support with Smite and Flash. After that I was wondering how I got hacked. My former friend sunny thought it was super funny and it made me mad. Then I got an Email saying that and unauthorized user logged into my Email from Fresno, California. Turns out Sunny is from Fresno California. I got into a argument with the people in the chat then they kicked me out. Luckily I was smart and copied the link to rejoin before they kicked me out. The next day I returned to the chat and scrolled through the chat looking for evidence. The dumb people put proof it was them. Screenshots of them in my Email, and on my personal League account thing. (I can't think of what it is.) I recorded a 2+ hours Video as soon as I saw I got hacked and suspected it was them. They also put in game screenshots of them on my account spamming the N word and other Racial remarks. After this I made a ticket showing the proof that I got hacked and they said nothing happened. I asked them to check the log in IP's and they said no suspicious activity. I don't understand why. I want more information on why they don't care, or even look at the proof.

I wouldn't mistake not doing anything with 'not caring'. I mean... somethings are going to be way to hard to verify that your information isn't doctored etc etc. To realistically do anything without putting themselves potentially in trouble. The evidence would have to be theirs.

Saying they don't care because of this is similar to saying you don't care about world hunger because you don't do anything about it even though you're aware of it. Etc etc

The problem is anybody can fraud a discord chat(heck I even did so to prove that everybody can do this). Everybody can also use a vpn to mask activity and pretend that they are hacked or play from another house or pc.

I fucking hate it, but they cannot prove that you weren't playing on the account. I only hope you aren't permabanned and that you changed your password to something extremely secure now(at least 18 letters on mail).

also fuck sunny, assholes like him deserve to be fucked over.

Account got hacked

No, it didn't.

"Hacking" means:

  • someone broke into riots servers, stole the salted-hash for your password, and cracked it, or...

  • someone broke into your computer and logged your password as you typed it

I don't think "Sunny from Fresno" did either of the two.
