Returning veteran hates honor system

I have played a bunch of games since I came back. This is my only account level 18. I have done pvp since level 3. I got chat restricted for calling a guy a name one time after he trolled his team apparently him and his duo reported me. That was about 30 games ago. I since have gotten honored about 24 or 25 times and still have level 1 honor.

Your system is broken. I get reported for a duo of trolls ruining a game and You can add and ask any of the players I've played with they'll say I was worthy of honor! Yet here I am level 1 because of 1 game out of a bunch! ... completely unfair your system punishes people hard for 1 mistaken and doesnt reword reforming at all.

You're supposed to level up slowly over the course of the season as there are only 5 honour levels. Play honourably in a consistent manner and you'll eventually level up.

From what I understand, it doesn't tell you when you've been honored. Thus your claim about being honored "24 or 25 times" is either inaccurate at best, or at worst an attempt to pull the wool over everyone's eyes.

The system is designed such that you will show reform both through honor, time, and number of games played. Getting a lot of honor, especially from your friends, in a short time will not instantly erase your punishment.
