i got perma banned, can i do anything

ok so my account RelaxKidz, just got banned for offensive language with other people sadly, i never got the 3 day or 7 day ban, i went straight through the 14 day ban, 14 days later got it back, i play 1 game and a guy pisses me off i get into a fight and sadly i got reported from that one game, right after that i got the perma ban message and got rlly upset and hated myself. is there a way i can get it back or send an apology report to unlock it? someone told me i have to get banned ATLEAST 3 times before i can get perma banned... but i didnt :(

The current punishment scale looks like this:

10-game chat restriction
25-game chat restriction
14-day time ban
perma-ban

The 3-day and 7-day ban steps were removed more than a year ago now. Additionally, it's perfectly possible to skip any of those steps, depending on how bad the behavior in question is.

That said, there's not much you can do about a perma-ban. If you think the ban is in error, you can submit a Support ticket. However, if it was indeed a warranted punishment, it will be upheld.

There is no 3 day or 7 day ban, sorry, whoever told you that was wrong. If you are toxic enough, you can go right to the 14 day ban, and the next step up is a perma ban.
