Banned for no reason and no programs were up while playing league

I was just waking up and so i decided to play some ranked because last night i was feeling good about myself so i got on and when i got in game the client crashed and then i got back in after but not realizing a message was sent to my phone saying i was perma banned for scripting , third party, etc. I been playing league long enough to never even use a third party program not only that i spent a lot in the game for the epic skins especially for SKT or nocturne skins cuz i main nocturne jg but never will in my mind would i ever just download a third party program to make it easy for myself not only that the game i was we lost me going 12/10. i really didnt cheat or used anything i even have my buddies to back me up saying that im very bad in the game -.- still though even they know i dont cheat im a fair game player and all i really want is my account back i spent years in the game i joined around end season 2 and i worked hard to get where i am at in the game on that account i really wouldnt want to go back and redo everything is there any way i could prove myself to get my account back? ill take all the chances to get it back
