Banned for trash talking one game.

The riot community needs to understand how their own system works. I say some shit one game and get banned for two weeks. Now, yes I did say some hurtful things, but it was just furiating watching this player play. I saw the ranks before I started the game and say that this player was silver 2. Being that I'm lower than him, it should mean that they should perform a bit better than I. This player did say it was his first time playing the champion, but honestly he just did everything wrong. He's been playing since season 5 just like myself and was a higher rank than I was last season. So, throughout that period he has never seen a Thresh play before nor has he played thresh. Seriously, it was just tempting to say something. And I know it sounds as if I'm the bad person here, but he just wasn't doing anything right. It's as if he hasn't played sup the whole year. I mean yes what I had said to him during the game sounded hurtful to him, but since he was a higher rank than I was, I would expect more out of him. And he ADC was talking shit and I don't even know if he got reported or not. He was talking shit towards me(the jungler) and the Thresh. But the amount of times I report others (and its not just for silly purposes or reports that wouldn't make any sense) for their bad behavior or the stuff they say in chat, I never get anything saying that they have punished or anything. I don't know if it wasn't serious enough or what, but the stuff I've been through pass games could certainly meet or close to the level of what I had said during this game. Yes, this is long, but what I'm trying to say here is I'm not a toxic player and I really shouldn't deserve a two week suspension for one game. Yes it was wrong but a simple chat restriction would've been fine because I know others can get aggravating from time to time, but unless I'm toxic game after game (which I'm not) then I should not deserve this two week suspension.

I would also like to hear from a rioter about this situation.
