9:29 August 12/2016 i woke up and thinked about playing some leauge , i entered launcher and started logging on , entering my username , password etc. And i got a message :This account is pernamently suspended , check your email box for more info,and so i did.In there i found that i was banned for using 3rd party programs or scripts , hacks what ever , but the problem was , i never used them .So i asked player support for help and basically i got nothing more then even moreinfo about scripting and using unaccepted programs . ONLY thing that i ever use is CHAMPIONIFY wich is program used to import a new most played builds (item sets) every patch , but thats not a hack obviously becouse i could make these item sets on my own right ? So my questions are :

Is there any possible way that i can prove that i DO NOT use any of these unauthorized third-party programs ? 2.Can a perma banned account get unbanned ? (by someone from riot of course) 3.Why did only my main account got banned and other 2 didnt ? (Im constantly playing on all accounts every day)

I already submit a request on player support (again with more details) and im waiting for respond , but in meantime i want to know some answers from here (i hope i dont have to wait 48 like on player support...)

If you don't believe you used any unauthorized 3rd party applications, you can provide any information that you believe may help your case to Riot Games Player Support. They can't directly address the specific application that was detected or how it was detected, but you can probably guess which applications have been interacting with your client.
Permanent suspensions are rarely reversed, unless it is clear that a suspension was applied in error. With that being said, Riot is pretty meticulous in 3rd party application suspensions.
It's possible that someone else may have had access to your account and used unauthorized 3rd party applications on your main account. This would explain why only one account was suspended for 3rd party programs and not the other two.

i think they just want us to quit this shiit game. i submitted my ticket for 3 days ago and no reply nothing but their first email said that i used 3rd party program, no more explanation. After that i login to my new account i didnt play for long time they also banned it with same reason. That's it, it's time let them know this shiit system is real bunch of shiit.

I got answer from Rioter , and so he says :

Unfortunately, 3rd party applications are not limited to only scripts. Map hacks and Skin hacks are also considered 3rd party applications. Any software that modifies the UI in any way or the game files are considered 3rd party applications.

Sadly, we cannot unban the account for any reason. Our system detected the use of 3rd party applications within your games. We took action to protect the fairness and integrity of the Fields of Justice.

We have explained the context of your suspension, will not remove or modify it, and consider the matter closed.``

I cant believe how much they dont care if a suspension was a mistake , after all the money i spent on this game they still cant somehow check if system was wrong. So system works like this if you have 3 accounts , you get banned for scripting/3rd party programs on 1 of them (you use same computer for all of three accounts) and your 2 other accounts didnt get banned . So if system automaiclly suspends you if it registers that you have any modification in your leauge folders , so it registred a script on 1 account and on other 2 didnt ? WHAAAAT ??? [zombie-brand-mindblown] (again i repeat on same computer). This is why many players that i know quit playing this game , as well as i do after i finish this post ,leauge made my life better past 5 years and i guess its time to move on , untill this system inst fixed and tribunal not changed i will not play .

Riot won't help you. Same thing happened to me, except support won't respond at all

Championify is straight hacks make a new account.

Championify modifies files without human input, so it does violate the rules. Only safe programs to use are VoIP services, streaming services and recording programs. Any tampering with files or automatic services that do a job for you are illegal. Exceptions are web services like lolnexus where you only get information that do not give you an unfair advantage (might change, so stay updated!).

Do note that programs and services are constantly being updated, so they could go from being in line with the rules to breaking them. The best example is Curse Voice, which had timers that the game did not have at the time. It broke the rules by providing an unfair advantage. It has been changed to comply with the rules and is now safe. Riot later bought parts of Curse, so it should be quite safe.

Regarding skins: unofficial skins might also cause bans as some provide additional indicators etc. As it is difficult for Riot to monitor all unofficial skins at all times, just stay away from them to be safe. They will most likely just ban you and not bother going through the skins.
