Account banned for no specific reason

My account which I recently created and flamed none on what so ever since I am a reformed player who has been banned before. I have learned from my mistakes and decided to start over on a fresh account. I don't understand why I got banned though because I have not shown any toxic behaviour whatsoever aside from communicating with my teammates and bming with them which is allowed as I see by many streamers who are doing the same. Many pro players have been banned and been reformed but their new accounts have not been banned.

My question is why am I being punished for mistakes that I have made on old/banned accounts that I have gotten over with.

Hmm... so what does it tell you you were banned for? Didn't you get a message? You mention BMing, which is basically toxicity labeled differently, so I wonder if it was for that but you make no mention of what kind of message you received from Riot. So I don't know why you're asking us, when you gave us no information to go on. Are you asking how you can find out why you were banned? If so, fill out a support ticket. Obviously, check your email.

If it was for toxicity, I'll say this; just because you see "streamers" doing it, doesn't automatically mean it's against or not against the rules. Have you ever seen someone do something illegal and get away with it? Does that mean it's legal? No.

When you try to log into the client, do you get a message of any sort? If so, what does it say? I'd love to help you figure this out. :)

This sentence literally shows that you're not truly reformed. If you're making the same mistakes you made with your old accounts (that got banned) maybe it's time to admit that you're not truly reformed?

Also, post your chat logs, I want proof that you're telling the truth. Riot very rarely wrongly punishes players.
