Is this really perma bannable? It's the game riot quoted for my perma ban

This behavior is punishable, which means it can earn a permanent ban if you had a previous 14-day ban. Bans escalate -- even for similar behavior -- if you show a pattern of not reforming.

You spend a lot of your chat threatening people with reports. All threats are considered negative by the IFS. Don't do that. If you want to report someone, do it after the game without saying anything. Or at least, just say it once and leave it at that.

If someone is being toxic, mute them. Announcing it in chat is only for drama. Drama does not help win games.

Well the employees at riot agreed with me, and turned over the permanent ban, which is now just another 14 day suspension
