Honor Level 0

Dear Riot, I have been honor lvl 0 for some time now. It has been 2 months since my 2 week ban and I have been reforming and have been getting 1+ honor every game. At some times I even get 4 honors and I have played a consistent 7 hours plus a day and still I am at honor lvl 0. Just how long does it take to get back to honor level 2. With the new competitive team mode coming out I really have been trying my hardest to get to honor lvl 2 so I can play it but with how long it takes to even get to honor lvl 1 I think it is damn near impossible. When the new season hits people who are honor lvl 0 or 1 don't get reset back to lvl 2 which has really made me sad. All I ask is just how long does it take to get back to honor 2. Thank you :D
