Banned for Third Party Programming

So for some reason I have been banned for apparently having used Third Party Programs. First it was a temporary suspension, and after giving them the information they wanted on myself and my account they permanently banned me like a snap of their fingers. I have no words of this unfair action taken towards me. I could've understood that I might've gotten banned for a few days or a week for flaming which many player's deserve and do abuse time and time again. I do not picture myself as a saint, I even do it for fun sometimes and meet great people that way which I have a great time with.

But to ban me permanently or even short suspension for something I have never done in any game what so ever, that is brutally uncalled for to the highest degree, the time I put on LoL even if it was just a few months is not something I want to throw in the trashcan or start over with a new account knowing I can be banned for something like that again.

I even think I know the time I got banned was because I did so well in a game a person threatened to report me for third party usage and I just laughed at him and said sure, thinking people are so sad for not taking defeat that well they got to report someone for something they have never committed. I'm just a normal player that have their good games and their bad games, sometimes I die a crap ton and people say they will report me for feeding, and sometimes I rarely die or do not die at all during a game. So for that reason without Riot even looking up my match history they ban me without good cause, and neglect me the information they supposedly have on me that I have used a third party program to get an edge.

What makes them above that to neglect me the information saying I have done something wrong, while a mass murderer or a burglar that have committed worse crime than me get to hear the information of their crimes read out aloud to them. People's families or friends can even hear the reasons why someone is accused of a crime, or allowed to put someone as a witness, while this is not allowed. My girlfriend is one of the oldest players in LoL and one of the core members of a group of LoL something with Tribunal, which involves fair game in LoL and making sure discipline get's delivered to those that deserve it. She never used third party programs and I even told them they can ask her about me, but they care not on treating people fair.

I want this to get out because I'm sure a lot of people have been treated like this and not gotten their account's back or those that have gotten it back any sort of apology to them for Riot acting like they have. I put this out so Riot cannot ignore it and people once more see a unfair action taken towards someone that does not deserve to be punished. I want either my money back for the skins I bought and the things people gifted to me to be refunded, for this is not fair in the slightest bit.

Getting this out of the way first. You're not getting either.

So for that reason without Riot even looking up my match history they ban me without good cause, and neglect me the information they supposedly have on me that I have used a third party program to get an edge.

3rd party bans are issued one of two ways; Trough an automatic detection of a program that has been labeled as a cheat program, or through a manual review determining that the person was scripting. Either way, Riot is unlikely to ban the player the instant they decide the player is cheating. They instead flag the account to be banned the next ban wave.

This is done to limit the information given to users and makers of the cheat programs so that it's much harder to detect what part of the program triggered the ban.

For similar reasons, Riot can't tell you how they came to their decision because they want to keep those methods of cheat detection relevant. A known method of cheat detection is one that is usually useless.

Yo, I got banned for precisely the same thing and no information was offered as to why I was banned. I had never used any form of cheat programs in my 3 years of supporting league of legends, but I was not told why or how I cheated. Plus, I also spent a large amount of cash on skins and champs. Still no justice.

I just got word from the admin taking care of my issue on the suspending. And apparently I have been scripting while playing, for how long I have no idea, what I do know if I have not scripted before in any game and I've even looked it up on youtube how to script on LoL and I find is funny and laughable that they say I've scripted when you can clearly see there have been no scripting on my match history or even watched the games. This is getting stupidly absurd*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*

Its happening to a lot of people and riot seem to be ignoring the issue and its just disheartening, four separate extra discussions and no riot response whatsoever. I know they can't tell us the details of how they found us but they can at least tell us something? anything so we will feel that the ban is at least justified? I'm sure some are as that's what the bans are for but still. Some acknowledgement of maybe something is wrong would be a massive relief to those of us who have never used any 3rd party programs deemed malicious!

I can see that they have been on these board cause I post made two hours ago about the honor system got a red response. I just want then to acknowledge us and to something to help us with the issue other than believe that we are all just whining that we got caught. Because that's what it feels like they are doing

Honestly I am actually scared. I played a game yesterday where the enemy Quinn was pretty much 1v9ing and my adc was toxic as shit, complaining how Quinn was scripting (she obviously wasn't by the way). Long story short, literally 2mins after game I get instant feedback after I reported vayne; I was like holy shit that was quick.

But I know that vayne reported quinn for cheating, and by the looks of it there is a high chance that Quinn's account could get banned because of it even though she was not scripting.

Previously I thought I was immune to getting banned for 3rd party programs because I play League naked, but I have used Discord twice, Overwolf once, and also tried to record some of my gameplay with some software that came with my AMD graphics card once (I forget the name). None of these could be used to cheat and were used several months ago, or years in the case of overwolf and the amd software.

But now I am scared to play because I can get banned for simply winning games, or even less than that, someone could report me for no reason!

I think, if enough people do it, we could get every player banned. Let's just report everyone we see for Cheating and see how many people end up making discussions on the board and maybe eventually Riot will see that there is a problem, or at least fucking address it because automated responses piss me off more than having someone int feed in my games; it's like you are being outright ignored.

I don't think you're going to have any success. Typically they scan for 3rd party hacking programs/scripting programs and when they're identified you get the ban.

Most likely, you were running something you weren't supposed to.

i was perma banned as well :c on feb 10th
i do not cheat in anyway :c this is a game me and my bf play and i do bad all the time and sometimes i do really good but for th emost part im sure you cann e asily telll from vieing my games that im just a tunnlle vison scrub who doesnt look at mini map or ping

Being someone who has been banned in this wave this isn't just a matter of hur dur I want my account back. One issue is that I'm worried i'll make a new account and the same thing will happen. The other is a matter of pride, while i'm not even close to being good (i'm mediocre at best) I was starting to push for gold this season and had finally started to manage climbing. I've got no issue in saying it was a struggle to get to this point and for all of that time and effort to be thrown away by Riot saying your cheating and you haven't put in the work is a massive kick in the teeth.
