Extended Temporary Bans for Frequent Leavers

Put your foot down. You want to give people mutes for being toxic, great. You don't want to put down a punishment for frequent leavers? Not great. AFKers hurt competitive play much more than chat warriors. Extended temporary bans should extend to two weeks to a month.

But wait, what if someone had an emergency? Okay, sure. One leave is fine. Maybe even two. Past that? 3 or more in a small window of time, that's not emergency. That's blatant disregard for players' experience. When a guy can brag in all chat about how he is a consistent leaver and is still able to play, that's a joke. That's a huge joke on you Riot.

Saddest thing is, Riot won't do anything about it. God forbid someone says something mean. Better off just going AFK. Oh no, I can't play for 10 minutes. What a terrible trade off.

Worst thing is, I have a solution that no one seems to want to upvote. If someone leaves a second time in a small time period: they lose TWICE the LP they would have originally lost and are not able to play for 24 hours. If it's a real emergency, I'm sure they can wait to play 24 hours. If it's their internet, why should their internet deficiency be given any sort of sympathy when it's ruining the game for the 9 other players?

See how I'm not proposing anything that would benefit the losing team? See how there's no way to abuse this? You leave -> Lose 2x LP. There, fixed.
