Got permabanned (???)

So, i was hoping i could get some help. Today my account was permabanned, when it wasnt really my fault. I'm aware that its almost impossible to recover my once loved account, but its still worth trying. What im going to say does not justify what happened today but, it wasnt me on my account, it was in fact my brother. I left home around midnight and didnt shut down my computer, and when i got back, i was permanently banned because of his behavior towards the teammates/enemy team. Like everyone, we get warned 2 times before getting permanently banned, i must say that those 2 time were on me, but after that, i stopped flaming, and tried to be as much polite as i could, and now this happens. If im right, i've spent more than 500$ on the account, i was hoping i could get some help, since regardless knowing that what happens on my account is on me, i couldnt actually imagine that my brother was going to get me permabanned for flaming. I was hoping i could get some help, since i kinda find this unfair. Thanks

Hey man I'm not trying to be a dick but most likely you will be told that securing your account is your sole responsibility and that you are accountable for all actions taken on said account. I wish you the best of luck but realistically I do not see them reinstating your account.

Doesn't matter what your story is, it either boils down to account sharing or behavior, both of which are issues on your side (well, not Riot's side). Thus any story to fit that can be completely fabricated (or true) but either way, if you can't provide proof Riot won't be able to give you any sort of leeway. Not to be a dick to you, but because if they give you a leeway they're gonna be flooded with other people wanting leeways too.

If I had a nickel for every time they say, "It wasn't me! It was my brother!" on this board.

This excuse is about as common as "I was defending myself!". You will not be getting your account back. It's against the ToU to share your account and was your responsibility to keep people off your account

Account sharing is bannable. It’s your own fault for not logging out, unfortunately.

Neither will matter -- you are either lying and it was in fact you which means you deserve the perma or you're telling the truth and your brother did use your account without your permission in which case you still deserve it for not logging yourself out.

Sharing your account is permban anyway, last time i checked (in basically any game or service).

The safety of your account is your responsibility and as such Riot holds you, the account holder, responsible for all activity done on the account. Account sharing is against the Terms of Service, so if you truly valued your account then you should have made sure that there was no way that it could become compromised (i.e. actually logging out fully when you're done with the game).

I know! but its unfair, im 99% sure they wont give me a second chance but still, i tried being a better person after the 2 warnings and now im perma banned because of my brother's actions, i find it unfair, but its understandable since deep down, it was my fault for not shutting down my pc Also, i have this account for almost 5 years...

I got banned yesterday, or 3 days ago. But man, that excuse doesn't work. "SOMEONE WAS USING MY ACCOUNT" lmfao good luck.

The only thing I can suggest is that all they have to do is look at keystroke patterns and whatnot to determine if it was really you...
