I go 8/3/1 as fizz mid lane and destroy my lane opponent but to plane fed teemo SO HARD that I didn't have enough time to build mr to counter a 14/1/ teemo... Yea they are so my skill level when I constantly get 5.0 kda as fizz mid lane how is it that these people are SO BAD that I can't even carry them. Any answers or help because this is bullshit Also I got a 25 day chat ban because of these people that when end game comes and its gg, I curse them exesivley because they are such idiotic players that only feed or afk These people are not, not at my skill level.

My recommendation - stop League for a bit and pick up a book. The game is clearly causing you to act in a negative way, but your writing ability is even more concerning.

It's a 25-game chat restriction, not a 25-day chat restriction (unless you only play one game a day for 25 days but that's beside the point).
Since you basically admit that you deserved the punishment just note that the next punishment is a 2-week ban followed by a permaban, so you still have time to improve your behavior before it gets to that point.
You will come across people who are naturally bad at the game. There's no need to cuss them out/harass them though, especially since they more often than not know that they're already playing poorly (or in the case of int. trolling just don't care & are enjoying seeing you rage). Just try to stay neutral or positive or just mute, report and move on.

Instead of "curse them exesivley(sic)", maybe just leave the chat room in silence. Or, if you really can't control your need to tell others how great you are, do it without the cursing and verbal abuse. Explain to them how they can be as good as you and maybe they will get better at the game and you won't have to suffer playing with bad players.
