my 20 min que keeps reseting and i dont know why
i get 20 min que and im waiting then for some reason suddenly it restarts the whole que and goes back to 20 min and i dont know why

This is a known bug ATM (afaik). You should contact support and tell them how many times this has happened to you so that they can work on fixing it.
And maybe post this in help and support.
If you have the ability, you should record the bug for them to send in with a support ticket. I know @Riot Tantrum has been trying to track down a recording so that they can zero in on the issue.
i have never had any LPQ, but i've heard that after 20 minutes wait, you have to click a button of some kind to enter queue. If you fail to click it on time, the 20 minutes reset so you cannot just log onto league and go watch a movie or something.
I don't know how reliable this is as I have never experienced LPQ. Could be you missed the timer after 20 minutes?
