Banned For Third Party Tools Used By Hacker

Hey everyone, I'm making this post for "Lucrity" whose account was permanently banned for use of third party tools. We duo a lot of times and I also know her irl, so I was pretty mystified when she first got the ban. However, it turned out that her little brother got access to her account (they share the same minecraft account, and she uses the same password on her League account rip). He's a little kid that doesn't even play League, apparently he got the account to impress his friends.

Anyways, he has a bunch of programs that probably qualify as "third party tools" to Riot on his computer, since he likes to try to cheat in games (especially Minecraft, their shared account is banned from pretty much every server), and we figured that this was probably what triggered Riot's detection system. When we sent in a ticket to Riot, they acknowledged that her brother had gained access to her account (through network logs, as they don't use the same computer), but said that there was nothing they could do to revert the ban, which is strange to me.

Even if it was just her little brother, her account was still hacked - she didn't even know of him gaining access to her account until he confessed after she was banned. The third party tools were not from her side, but from the hackers. Riot has acknowledged this in her support ticket, yet refuses to revert the ban.

I'm asking for a Rioter, any rioter, to please respond and fully explain why this ban is justified. This is setting the precedent that if you gain access to someone's account, you can permanently ban them from the game by installing third party tools. I am not satisfied by the Riot ticket, as the employee responding seemed a bit ignorant of League's policies. This is devastating to her, as she has poured hundreds of hours into her account and loses all of it for something that she did not do. Could you imagine yourself in her shoes?

I mean, "my brother got my account" is a pretty common excuse, and even if it's true there's no way to prove it, so there's not much riot can do. Can you imagine if they unbanned anyone who claimed their sibling got their account
