Suspended via automatic bot that I find unfair

So in champ select these 2 people asked to first pick the newest champ which my friend does not own and I told them to just play blind if they wanted a better chance to get the new champ. Then one of them told me to "kys" and then I banned the champ then they proceeded to take the wrong summoners champions(Which I am a believer in picking any champ in any lane as long as you are still trying but they were obviously trolling as they began to run it down all the lanes free kills saying things like first one to get me to 25 deaths gets a free skin) Then during the game I was defending myself (to the enemy team after they were going to have me reported by explaining to them that they said that to me in champ select) from two people and I got suspended when I said nothing toxic to them or anyone else in the game.

The bot also said "Players have reported you 4 times in the past 20 games for negative or abusive" so all it took was that single game to give a max honor level player a instant suspension and reward loss by taking 3 letters out of context.
