I have made my case and apparently they only care about your past bans and judge you on that. Just because i got a 14ban back in april for flame(calling troller premades idiots,silvers etc nothing hardcore) aparently i was forbidden to write on chat at all and once i did i got perma.

Riot judged me about my permaban for indirectly negativity.As a tryhard player who always gives his best self to win the game (even normals) to get permaban for this reason its really eye wakeing.

When every other game people wishing cancer to each other and non stop flame hard,intentionally feed troll etc and get away with it while only baiting the most tryhard to type(type not flame) in chat since they care about their time being wasted and at the end them get punished for it also,shows a system wihout any bit of fairness ,justice etc.

They think it's all black and white and assistance support acts like brainwashed chipped machines that don't realise that these situations there are more colours to it and factors that need to be taken into account.

As i said i was only tryhard ,care about the outcome of the game etc but after this madness riot convinced me trolling is the best way to continue in this game. I had few friends like that as well and now i totally understand them. Since riot doesn't care about fixing their own game time to embrace their actual spirit and waste as much games and experience of others as i can. Besides what's the point tryharding to win a game when u make a cool kick flash 1v5 with lee sin and die when your about to take baron xd.

Riot doesnt realise how many ex tryhards to new trollers they create with their crazy systems.I could mention ten different ways in which they could fix the game and the judgement system but nahh ,they either way won't listen and plus trolling seems waaay more fun xd At least riot taught me well on how to not get banned and be appropriate troller.

Dont worry ill make the indirectly negative actual have meaning this time x.

After your 14 days ban, you werent forbidden to write in chat. U were forbidden to be toxic. You posted chat logs in other thread, you were blaming your teammates, calling them apes, threatening with reports, calling them trolls. In fact, your thread was one of rare threads that had Riots response, and Tantram said u were toxic in over 25% of your games. Yet u decided to open new thread?

You were already given the reasons why you got banned in your other thread, but you just don't like the answers that you were given. Not only that but your attitude in both this thread and your other thread shows why your punishment is deserved, since you seem unwilling to interact with others in an appropriate (mature and respectful) manner.

P.S. Trolling does get punished as well and when caught is an immediate 14-day ban to start it off. In case you don't believe me here are two examples of gameplay trolls being banned. Yes it's just two examples, but it proves that they do get punished.

How does banning toxic accounts promote toxicity? That's the exact opposite logical conclusion I can think of. They ban accounts because they are toxic and should therefore create a better environment for everyone.

Riot doesn't give permanent chat restrictions or completely disable chat for a player.

It's okay to want to win a game, but trying to do so by yelling at your teammates that they suck doesn't help the situation.

At it's core, the goal of a video game (almost any one, really) is for its players to have fun. Again, bringing down your teammates because they aren't playing well doesn't reflect this.

Actually, riot does want to hear how you believe they can improve their systems. Make your post. This is also part of the reason why they have the forums with this section. If an idea is brought up that they haven't thought or an improvement on their existing system, they may try if it hasn't already been tried.

The thing is, when you're already at 14 day ban, getting perma which is the next step, is incredibly easy. And that's kinda what happened, as you continued to shit talk instead of staying low even while you've just come out of 14 day ban.

And perma it is.

You should've known better. They warned you that it is perma that follows 14 day ban. Why do you not only not staying low, you were still actively spouting shit to your teammates, with stuff like calling them apes and special and whatever?

if you feel riot has not applied the AUP or summoners code correctly file for arbitration. see the AUP for how to do so.
