WTF is wrong with the system punishing toxic players?

So i got my account that i invested a lot of time and money in perma banned about a year ago, ok, mby i will slow down with chatting, so now i have worked my way up to lvl 50 on new acc but along the way i also got warning that made no sense at all, with someone saying most toxic possible stuff about me, my family (cancer, die etc.) and i might be a little hot headed but i know i got my warning i had acc banned and i dont want that to happen again, so i dont go in, i just respont with, - stfu, cry me a river etc. whitch in my opinion isnt the end of the world when u compare to what is said towards me, but i just got perma ban for saying that, just responding, not provoking nothing, just responding to a toxic player, i got baned like 2 min right after a game, so i know noone is reviewing these reports, i just get the 2 reports from that toxic player and his premade and that is all it took for me to get perma banned, i also had no warning or anything for like half a year... I dont care, im not asking for an unban, just this is the reason why the game is dying and losing players, becouse riot obv doesnt care about anything, they dont look into anything, just ban players that get reported, and no i dont like to mute players, becouse mby they will give useful info at some point in the game eaven tho they are toxic... sry for bad english..
