Player came into my stream making racial comments.
I have screen shot, and i have make several reports of racial comments towards me, nothing has been done. Please, this is pushing me and others away from this game.

That's something you need to bring up with the streaming service. Riot has no jurisdiction over other companies platforms.
You mean they were racist on Twitch? Why should Riot care what folks do on other platforms? Get Twitch involved.
