Was I toxic? Yes, should I have muted Draven and played my game without saying anything? Yes. Should I be permabanned for this one incident after a month of trying to reform and let shit go. No. Why does one game after a 2 week ban that happened over a month ago ruin everything. GGs. Good to know im among 0.006% of people who are negative enough to be permabanned.

If you didn't tamper with them in any way, the only thing that seems out of place is the amount of times you said report.

Maybe they were busy with something more important, like once this guy or gal left in the middle of the game, but 'checked back' in from time to time enough to not get auto-detected, and when I brought this up, he told me that no game was more important that his baby!

Well I certainly learned my lesson that day, apparently the guy had to check on the baby who was crying and needed to be fed, so clearly he had somewhere to be....

did you ask your fellow summoners after the game if they were going through a similar experience?

The fact you were on thin ice, doesnt help your case. After a 2 week ban you should basically never use chat unless its positive period. Yes you should have muted and continue to play. One wrong move (or in this case chat) and its bye bye account. You really only had yourself to blame because you should have known after the 14 day ban is a permaban. Its a known fact that anything (big or small) in this case warrants the next punishment tier. Its great that you were trying to improve, but sadly this outburst caused that final straw to finally snap.
