Toxic people and unfair reports

i was wondering if i was the only one here thinking about how unfair reports are and i would rly like to talk to a riot member or a staff or just somebody i can as kthem about the report system.... i know im chat banned bcuz im toxic sometimes but i get chat banned when soembody is just angry at me in a game i don't even have to flame if the gys is angry at me he will report after the game anyway so i don't get how do riot know if i was toxic or not i mean cmon i don't wanna get banned cuz of some jerk reporting me for playing bad or something riot plz fix it or

P.S riot pla do it liek this that we could remove chat in the settings i don't get why should't i woudl rly like to could remove it so i wasn't toxic and plz fix your reporting system im sure im not the only one thinking this so plz plz man im begging you guys i rly don't wanna get banend just couse this shiit s broken

Riot's stance is that you're responsible for your own behavior, so you're judged based on your behavior and your behavior alone.

False reports are thrown out when they review your case. The punishments handed out are based solely on your own behavior, just as AeroWaffle has said here.
