stuck at Honor level 0.

hey guys, so at the 29th of July i got 14 days banned (totally my fault) so i played on my second account which i rarely play on until the 12th of August when i got my main account back and started playing on it again . it was that time when urf was out and i was playing so many games that goes up to 300 as i counted as of today (23rd of September) and until now i'm still level 0 i /mute all 90% of my games and i have been getting honored quite frequently but no results yet. Ironically on my other account that i got around 80 games played since the 29th of July is now honor level 4. which is very wired to be honest. like i think getting from honor 0 to 1 should be easier and faster than going from honor 2 to 3 or 3 to 4. with many less games played. and by the way i got my honor unlocked like 2 days after the unban so around the 15th of August is when i started making progress towards my next honor level and no results to be seen yet. i'm confused and sad as i won't be able to get my diamond border than i worked hard for if i don't get honor 2 until the end of this season which i dont see my self doing considering that the firstand the easiest honor level needs more than 300 games to get out of. am i missing something in this? if you have any info please help me. thanks!
