End of season rewards?

I've been chat restricted this season, If i was chat restricted lets say yesterday would and i didnt receive anymore chat restrictions this season would i still receive end of season rewards?

Yes, if you're eligible for loot at the end of the season, you'll get the end of season reward.

As long as the restriction ends before the season ends and you don't get anything within 3 months of end of season.
