Bring back Unskilled!!!!!

So, i am wondering why would Riot remove Unskilled player report, when meeting dozen of them everyday, having the courage going into ranked games and completely ruining it for others.

Well, here is my idea of Unskilled player reports... :

If a player get more reports for being unskilled, then he should get ban from ranked games until... lets say 10 drafted matches wins.

To help him practise pick/ban phase, team compositions and stuff...

Recently met many midlaners...they hella good in their lane... but... thats it... they can kill enemy in lane...can go 18/5... seeing dominant talon or annie staying passive for whole game, while i am dealing with 2v4 botlane, without our mid even trying to pull down turret or come bot for help... just.. farming and waiting to shred enemy when come mid again.

Ofc it makes me mad, and would like to tell the person what to do, but who am i to listen to me. In the end we loose, and i want him to become better, cos i might have him in my team again, and want him to do SOMETHING finally :D

And from all options for report... i cant report for feeding cos he personally did not feed, cant report for insulting or anything else, cos he decided to be midlaner. Nothing more, nothing less.

So, maybe my voice will be heard, maybe not but i give it a try.... Bring back Unskilled player report option pls [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]
