NoRunesMasteries3 votesProof of your chat log or it didn't happened. You stated, "I do not speak in game, and do not consider myself as toxic." You can not judge your actions to be good among your peers. Maybe they saw it as disruptive/bad intentions and therefore reported.
Also you only get instantly punished into the Temporary Ban if you did something extremely bad in behavior or toxicity, etcs. Otherwise you should have gone through the system of 10, 25 game chat restriction into the 14 day ban and lastly the permanent ban.

If you get banned for a chat-related reason, you are given a "reform card" containing your chat from the games that triggered your ban. It's common here to not believe someone's claim about their chat-related ban if they don't show their chat logs. Everyone gets them, both via email and available in the client after logging in.
If someone doesn't provide their chat log, any claims they make regarding their chat-related ban are questionable at the least and flat-out false at the most. Posts without these are generally disregarded.

Let people live and say what they want... "Don't try to guess people lives based on one comment lol. You will never get an accurate depiction of who they are. " You shouldn't intervene in others' lives nor guess that the OP is "stupid" to not identify what those three words you crossed off due to your standards of proficient English.
Maybe you shouldn't go judging and telling people they can only be capped at a certain skill level; hence the OP not speaking English as greatly. I was merely helping him and as well giving him information, if you don't like it don't comment and go guessing people's lives.

However, if you're going to correct someone on their use of language, it would probably be wise to make an effort to use the language properly. At the very least within the sentence dedicated to reprimanding that person.
As for the logical implications, it is a bit of a rhetorical stretch, but the principle is this : If you cannot provide evidence that an event occurred, then from the perspective of a disinterested observer, there is no way to distinguish between an event that is claimed to have occurred and no event at all.

There is no reason at all that you cant just so I wont believe you without evidence. That's what your trying to say after all. AraMoOse1 votesOk, since you don't seem to have noticed, the ONLY reason I corrected your spelling is because you had corrected the guy you were responding to. You apparently want to be able to correct people, but not get corrected yourself, this is hypocrisy. If you don't care about grammar, then don't correct other people's.
As for the expression, well the reason to say it that way is that the person enjoys phrasing it that way. Pleasing this Markarth dude on the internet is simply not a factor one should care about when choosing one's phrasing.

I have never been punished for ingame behavior. I have had this account since I began in 2014. Don't try to guess people lives based on one comment lol. I was considered reformed as of January 2016. I have not had any issues prior to this ban.
I do not lend my account to anybody, and as I said before I dont talk in game. Unless a friend is in the lobby.

Jo0o1 votesIf I were you, I'd shamelessly start a thread with some clickbaiting title like "banned for saying one word!", with a screenshot of your reform card. People will click on it assuming you said some racial slur, then hopefully support you when they realize that you've been wronged.
It's not exactly good internet manners, but it beats waiting twelve more days. Rioters do swing by these forums occasionally, and a thread with lots of upvotes and a ridiculous story for them to check out might get their attention. I've seen it happen a couple times.
