Got banned with a day before the preseason. i havent been banned since season 3 so thats pretty unusual for me. In this game i got tilted by my team for nothing, just got 4 premades who decided to not help me and just watch at me. Had you had a 25-game chat restriction recently? This seems a little unusual for a 14-day ban from no previous punishment, but calling your team "stupid flamers" and "idiots" and insulting their English could push you over the edge from a previous chat restriction.

I don't consider myself toxic or anything like that but sometimes eh...Anyway nope i just got a 14 days ban. I'm not the kind of player who would just say "kys", "open" etc.

Interesting. I'd consider sending in a Support Ticket and seeing if you can get a little more context here -- there may be something we're missing, or you may have been sent the wrong log by accident.

I did a ticket to the support but i just got a simple template sent by a bot so i guess i will just quit the game(i tryharded for platinum and now i can't enjoy the rewards). And thats the log (i verified)

The template said that i got banned for being toxic and the ban wont be removed.

Sometimes it takes another try or two. Someone WILL get back to you in time. Also, do note that you probably would have lost rewards, since this does contain insults and likely would have earned a chat restriction at the least. :(
