Reporting Players

How do I report two players that I have evidence of them running it down mid in a ranked game? I went to submit a ticket but there was no option for that and I can't post it on here because it's against the rules. I don't want them getting away with this and I feel like the report system on league won't do anything against them.

Use the category that you feel matches it the best, support will redirect it (also they'll reply with a generic message that they can't tell you what action they've taken, if any. And to use the end of game report when possible.)
