Why is my account permabanned?

Hello, Riot.

I haven't been on my account for ages and it got a permaban. Did my account got hacked?

It's been a year since I have played this game because I needed to achieve my goals in real life, which is far more important than video games. But at this time I finished all my goals and wanted to play some games to have some amusement in my life. I started up League of Legends today and it seems that my account got permabanned with a lot of negative comments which is unreasonable. It's impossible that I have wrote any of these comments to people that I don't know and I barely or never use the chat.

Do I have to send a support ticket to the Riot team? Please, help me out. I can't postulate that I got permabanned while I was away for a long time.
