Why is my account permabanned?

Hello, Riot.

I haven't been on my account for ages and it got a permaban. Did my account got hacked?

It's been a year since I have played this game because I needed to achieve my goals in real life, which is far more important than video games. But at this time I finished all my goals and wanted to play some games to have some amusement in my life. I started up League of Legends today and it seems that my account got permabanned with a lot of negative comments which is unreasonable. It's impossible that I have wrote any of these comments to people that I don't know and I barely or never use the chat.

Do I have to send a support ticket to the Riot team? Please, help me out. I can't postulate that I got permabanned while I was away for a long time.

That's what I was thinking as well. He or she probably didn't bother at all to change my password which is wack.

If you got hacked they can help you but be aware you also can hear "it's your account and you are responsible for everything done on it"

If they say that then I have no other option but to create a new League of Legends account.
