I got banned for 14 days for this. This stupid automated system is a complete joke. Ashe called me a ngger fggot in the pregame lobby and I got banned for 14 days because I said those 2 words in game. You can't expect me to accept this ban in any way.

Ps: I made a ticket already but I had to post this in the forums because I know riots support is complete garbage and I will only get a bot saying bans are never lifted and bla bla bla. it's completely unfair to be banned by this when I didnt insult anyone, I don't flame and I got banned for only this damn game. I want my ban to be lifted as soon as possible as it obviously is unfair. You can just see my messages and they are not negative at all

Lesson: Do not repeat hate speech. The automatic reporting system doesn't recognize the context, and just assumes you were being excessively toxic when you used them.

If you put in a support ticket, they may very well reverse your temporary ban. I've seen the same kind of thing get reversed here before. Just don't do it again.

You literally said the "N" and "F" word, like what other people said, you should send in a support ticket and they may reverse the ban since their system is automated.

why do you need to repeat zero tolerance phrases?
why do you need to ask for reports when more reports don't make any difference when getting someone punished faster.

Well, if Riot knows that you have a past history, then they do expect you to know better at this point. So reversing the suspension would be doubtful.
